Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) refers to a range of processes used to resolve disputes without resorting to litigation. These methods include mediation, arbitration, and negotiation, allowing parties to reach mutually agreeable solutions with the help of a neutral third party or through direct discussion. ADR is often quicker, less formal, and more cost-effective than traditional court proceedings. It promotes collaboration and can preserve relationships by fostering communication and understanding between the parties involved.

At Angels Impilo mediators, we provide supervised visitation services to ensure safe and supportive interactions between parents and children when required by a court order. Our experienced supervisors oversee these visits to facilitate positive contact while adhering to the guidelines set by the court. If supervised visitation is part of your mediation agreement, we are here to support and manage these arrangements effectively.

In February 2025, Angel’s Impilo Mediation and Health Services will expand to include private social work services. Programs will focus on GBV, adoptions, Voice of the Child, and rehabilitation services, offering a comprehensive support system for families.
